Hello,

You have a great informational website on palms that your are growing in SF. I too have a palm garden in SF located out by the SF zoo. It is a small 30×30 ft yard and I have crammed in many of the same species you have. Here is my list (Hedyscepe, Rhopalostylis var chatham island, Rhopalostulis baueri, Dypsis Decipeiens, Pritchardia Hillibrandtii, Howea Fort & Bell, Ceroxylon Parvifrons & Parvum, Chambeyronia M (Not looking good at all), chamerops humilis (blue and green), Dypsis Baronii, Sabal minor, and chamedorea radicalls.

Great work on your yard and website.

Happy Growing
Dan

Hi Dan, It’s great to hear from you. I urge you to introduce yourself to Jason Dewees at Flora Grub Gardens. He is truly the San Francisco palm expert.
